The 12th Annual SeaChange Summer Party benefiting Oceana, the world’s largest ocean conservation organization, drew more than 400 guests to an exclusive hilltop estate in Laguna Beach for luxury auctions, a gourmet repast and entertainment by singer-songwriter Jackson Browne.
